Terms of Service

By accessing or using Collabaroo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

To use Collabaroo, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

You retain ownership of content you post on Collabaroo. By posting content, you grant Collabaroo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content in connection with the service. You agree that your profile and content will:

• Be accurate and truthful
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Not include content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data
• Create fake or duplicate accounts
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Sell or transfer your account to another person

Collabaroo manually reviews and verifies creator profiles before they appear in the discovery feed. Verification is at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. Verified status does not constitute an endorsement of any creator.

The Collabaroo name, logo, and all Platform software are owned by Collabaroo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Collabaroo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabaroo and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including damages related to any collaborations or agreements made between creators through the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at rahul@collabaroo.app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
